Who is credited for building the world’s first personal computer?

The Fact

The first personal computer was designed in 1976 and was sold as just an assembled circuit board without a keyboard, monitor, or case. The PC had 256 bytes of ROM, 4k bytes of RAM and the display controller was just 24-row. It was a success, however, and an improved version was soon under development. Whether you’re doing this quiz from a PC, tablet or mobile, you owe it to the man in question.
